Abstract: Objective: To analyze the whole genome and molecular biological function of the B.subtilis TLO3. Methods: The whole genome sequence of B. subtilis TLO3 was performed by a combination of the three-generation and second-generation sequencing technology, and using relevant software for its genome assembly, gene prediction, functional annotation and comparative genomics analysis with B. subtilis 168 and XF-1. Results: The complete genome of B. subtilis TLO3 consists of one circular chromosome and plasmid. The number of genes in cell replication, recombination and repair in strain TLO3 was significantly higher than that of XF-1 and 168, and the antimicrobial gene cluster of TLO3 was similar to XF-1. Conclusion: B.subtilisTLO3, with antimicrobial activity, has a stronger viability and may be better adapted to the complex environment of the oral.
