超声骨刀联合45°反角涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生智齿的临床应用

Application of Piezosurgery Combined with 45 Degree Contra-angle Turbo Drill in Extraction of Mandibular Impacted Wisdom Teeth

摘要: 目的: 探讨超声骨刀联合45°反角涡轮钻微创拔除下颌阻生智齿的临床应用。方法: 随机将470例下颌阻生智齿患者分为实验组与对照组,超声骨刀联合45°反角涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生智齿的251例患者为实验组,单纯使用45°反角涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生智齿的219例患者为对照组,观察两组患者的术中、术后并发症发生情况。结果: 实验组拔牙时间与对照组无显著统计学差异,实验组术中、术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 超声骨刀联合 45°反角涡轮钻微创拔除下颌阻生智齿可降低术中、术后并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of piezosurgery combined with 45 degree contra-angle turbo drill in the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth. Methods: Four hundred and seventy patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. Two hundred and fifty-one patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth extracted by piezosurgery combined with 45 degree contra-angle turbo drill were listed as the experimental group. Two hundred and nineteen patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth extracted by 45 degree contra-angle turbo drill were listed as control group. The complications of intraoperative and postoperative between the two groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the extraction time between experimental group and control group. The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Piezosurgery combined with 45 degree contra-angle turbo drill in the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth can reduce the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative complications.
