摘要： 牙拔除术后发生高热寒颤较为少见,本文报道 1 例牙拔除术后高热伴发寒颤,并结合相关文献对牙拔除术后高热的诊断和防治进行分析。

关键词: 牙拔除术, 应激性发热, 药物过敏

Abstract: Fever and chills are rare complications associated with tooth extraction. This article reported a case of fever and chills after the extraction. The discussion includes diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of the fever.
