Oromandibular Dystonia with Mandibular Fractures: A Case Report

Abstract: Oromandibular dystonia (OMD) is a local dystonia that can lead to improper deviation, subluxation, soft tissue injury, and bone resorption of mandible. When OMD is associated with mandibular fracture, clinical treatment is facing great challenges. In this paper, we report a case of OMD associated with mandibular fracture. The clinical features of OMD are discussed with literature, so as to provide comprehensive and practical reference for clinicians
