人牙周膜细胞和牙周膜组织的初级纤毛观察

Observation on Primary Cilia of Human Periodontal Ligament Cells and Periodontal Tissue.

摘要: 目的:观察牙周膜组织和体外培养的牙周膜细胞的初级纤毛情况。方法:切取人牙根中1/3的牙周膜组织的冰冻切片和切取小鼠切牙牙周膜组织石蜡切片,原代培养人牙周膜细胞至P3,采用acet-α-tubulin利用间接免疫荧光的方法观察初级纤毛结构。结果:人及小鼠牙周膜组织以及人牙周膜细胞均可见绿色短棒状荧光信号,位于细胞核附近,长度约2~3 μm。 结论:牙周膜组织及体外培养的人牙周膜细胞均含有初级纤毛结构

Abstract: Objective: To observe primary cilia in periodontal tissue and human periodontal ligament cells (hPDLCs) cultured in vitro. Methods: The ligaments of human and mouse were cut from the middle of roots and made into frozen and paraffin section respectively. hPDLCs were cultured in vitro. Then acet-α-tubulin antibody was used to detect the primary cilia of periodontal tissue and cells. Results: The signal of primary cilia was short rod near to the nuclei in periodontal ligament and primary hPDLCs. The length of most primary cilia was about 2-3 μm. Conclusion: Both periodontal ligament and primary hPDLCs have the primary cilia.
