3D打印技术在牙科陶瓷成型领域的研究进展

摘要: 陶瓷材料因具有优异的机械性能、美学性能、生物相容性等特性而在口腔修复领域一直备受青睐。但传统的牙科陶瓷修复体制作工艺较为繁琐,难以满足目前日益发展的牙科市场需求。3D打印技术是近年来新兴的一种材料成型工艺,可快速制备形状复杂的制品,较传统加工方法和减材制作具有优势。本文通过阐述现阶段3D打印技术在牙科陶瓷成型领域的相关研究进展,对其工艺原理、应用现状及优缺点作一综述;并同时展望3D打印技术在牙科陶瓷成型领域的未来发展趋势。

Abstract: Ceramic materials have been favored in oral prosthetics due to their excellent mechanical properties, aesthetic performance, biocompatibility, and other characteristics. However, the traditional dental ceramic restoration process is verbose and difficult to meet the growing dental market. 3D printing technology is an emerging material forming technology in industry in recent years, which can quickly produce objects with complicated shapes and has advantages over traditional processing methods and material reduction. This paper reviews the progress of the current 3D printing technology in the field of dental ceramic molding, and summarizes its process principle, application status, advantages, and disadvantages. At the same time, it discusses the future development trend of 3D printing technology in the field of dental ceramic molding.
