不同抛光处理对两种氧化锆陶瓷表面粗糙度和细菌粘附性能的影响

Effect of Different Polishing Kits on Surface Roughness and Bacterial Adhesion of Oryza and Edit Zirconia Ceramics

摘要: 目的:观察不同抛光套件对臻瓷、爱迪特氧化锆陶瓷表面粗糙度与细菌粘附的影响。方法:将臻瓷与爱迪特氧化锆陶瓷分别切割成圆柱状,调牙合后将每种材料随机分5组:A、B、C组分别使用抛光套件PN0301、HP321、Occlubrush进行抛光处理,D组进行上釉处理,E组不作任何处理,检测试件表面粗糙度与表面形貌。将变形链球菌标准株分别接种于各组试件上,检测试件表面菌落形成单位与细菌吸光度值。结果:(1)无论是臻瓷还是爱迪特氧化锆陶瓷,A、B、D组粗糙度值均低于C、E组(P<0.05),C组与E组无差异(P>0.05),A、B组高于D组(P<0.05),A组低于B组(P<0.05);(2)无论是臻瓷还是爱迪特氧化锆陶瓷,A、B组表面划痕均较细较浅;C、E组表面均粗糙、划痕明显;D组表面均较光滑;(3)无论是臻瓷还是爱迪特氧化锆陶瓷,A、B、D组细菌粘附数量与吸光度值低于C、E组(P<0.05),C组与E组无差异(P>0.05),A、B组多于D组(P<0.05),A组少于B组(P<0.05)。结论:抛光套件PN0301、HP321均可明显降低两种氧化锆陶瓷表面的粗糙度与细菌粘附,其中以抛光套件PN0301的效果更好。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the effects of different polishing kits on the surface roughness and bacterial adhesion of perennial and Edit zirconia ceramics. Methods: Each material was randomly divided into five groups: group A, B, and C were polished with polishing kits PN0301, HP321, and Occlubrush respectively. Group D was glazed and group E was not treated with any treatment. The surface roughness and morphology of the samples were tested. The standard strains of Streptococcus mutans were inoculated on each group of specimens, and the surface colony forming units of the specimens were counted. The bacterial absorbance on the surface of the material was measured by CCK-8 method. Results: The surface roughness of group A, B and D were lower than those of group C and E (P<0.05). However, there was no difference between group C and group E (P>0.05), group A and B were higher than group D (P<0.05), and group A was lower than group B (P<0.05). The surface of group C and E was rough and scratched obviously. The surface of group D was smooth. The bacterial adhesion and absorbance of group A, B, and D were less than those of group C and E (P<0.05). There was no difference between group C and group E (P>0.05), group A and group B were more than group D (P<0.05), and group A was less than group B (P<0.05). Conclusion: Polishing kit PN0301 and HP321 can significantly reduce the surface roughness and bacterial adhesion of perennial and Edit zirconia ceramics, and the effect of polishing kit PN0301 is better.
