摘要： 下颌第一磨牙的根管系统形态复杂多样。下颌第一磨牙远中4根管的病例较为少见,本文首次报道了1例中国人群中下颌第一磨牙远中根4根管的根管治疗过程。

Abstract: Root canal system of mandibular first molar is very complicated. A mandibular first molar with four canals in distal root was considered to be a rare anatomical variant. This article described successful endodontic therapy of mandibular first molar with four distal canals reported for the first time in Chinese population.
