作者简介:唐瞻贵医学博士,博士后,一级主任医师,二级教授,博士生导师,国务院特殊津贴专家。中南大学湘雅口腔医院院长、湘雅口腔医学院院长、口腔医学研究所所长。美国肿瘤学会委员,国际口腔癌大会委员,中国整形美容协会口腔整形美容分会副会长,中华口腔医学会常务理事,中华口腔医学会口腔生物医学专委会常委、中国牙病防治基金会理事。长期从事口腔颌面外科医疗、教学及科研工作,主攻方向为口腔颌面部肿瘤、恶性高热的临床与基础研究,颌面部整形、牙种植。先后主持国家自然科学基金等国家和省部级课题20余项。获省级科学技术进步奖各2项,教育部成果1项。发表论文100余篇。

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 口腔疣状癌(oral verrucous carcinoma,OVC)是一种具有独特组织学改变和生物学行为的恶性肿瘤。临床上常表现为缓慢增大,灰白色的疣状增生物,主要好发于上、下颌牙龈及其附近黏膜皱褶处。本文从口腔疣状癌的病因、临床表现和分型、病理学表现、诊断和鉴别诊断、治疗和随访等方面的研究进展作一述评。

关键词: 口腔, 疣状癌, 口腔恶性肿瘤, 临床诊治

Abstract: Oral verrucous carcinoma (OVC), a malignant tumor, has distinctive and unique histological changes and biological behaviors. The clinical manifestations of OVC often appear as a slowly increasing verrucous off-white growth, which primarily occurs in the maxillary and mandibular gums and in the nearby mucosal folds. In this review, we focused on the research progress and gave insight into the etiology, clinical manifestation and classification, oral pathology, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of oral verrucous carcinoma, so as to serve as a spur to stimulate more worthy and valuable contributions.
