开窗减压术治疗下颌骨单囊型成釉细胞瘤1例

摘要： 单囊型成釉细胞瘤多见于青年人,年龄10~29岁之间,好发于下颌磨牙区。治疗多采用病变刮治术,对于年龄较小的患者,更倾向于保守治疗。本文介绍开窗减压结合刮治术治疗下颌骨单囊型成釉细胞瘤1例。

Abstract: Unicystic ameloblastoma generally occurs in young people, between 10 to 29 years old. The mandible is the most frequent site of unicystic ameloblastoma. The treatment often used is curettage. Conservative approaches are recommended as the treatment for younger patients. This article presented a case of unicystic ameloblastoma in the left mandible, which was treated by marsupialization combined with curettage.
