摘要: 鸢尾素(irisin)作为一种多肽激素,在减轻代谢综合征的炎症反应及治疗骨代谢相关疾病方面具有良好的作用。本文主要对鸢尾素的抗炎效能及其对骨代谢的影响与应用现状进行了综述,并总结了鸢尾素对牙周组织修复和再生的调控作用及分子机制,以探索其作为一种新型免疫制剂用于治疗牙周炎症性骨缺损的潜能。

Abstract: Irisin is a polypeptide hormone with a promising role in reducing the inflammatory response of metabolic syndrome and treating bone metabolism-related diseases. We reviewed the anti-inflammatory capacity of irisin and its influence on bone metabolism. What’s more, the regulatory effects and molecular mechanisms of irisin on periodontal tissue repair and regeneration were investigated, in order to explore the potential role of irisin as a novel immunological agent for the treatment of periodontal inflammatory bone defects.
