Abstract: Extensive subcutaneous emphysema in the face and neck after impacted tooth extraction is a relatively rare complication. If it is not handled properly, serious complications may occur. A case of diffuse subcutaneous emphysema of maxillofacial neck and chest after wisdom tooth extraction is reported.
