Abstract: A 17-year-old male patient underwent extraction of the impacted teeth on the left mandible. During the separation of teeth with a high-speed hand piece, the fissure bur fell off and fell into the laryngopharynx, which was swallowed by the patient. After that, the fissure bur with a length of about 2.8 cm was found in the stomach. Then the doctor in the gastroscope room clamped the fissure bur with the foreign body clamp of gastroscope and carefully took it out.
