Abstract: Kissing molars are impacted molars contained in the same quadrant, whose occlusal surfaces meet each other. It is a rare case. The extraction of deeply impacted kissing molars by conventional techniques may remove excessive bone and cause complications such as the damage of inferior alveolar nerve and the iatrogenic fractures of mandible. This case report describes retrospectively the use of minimally invasive technique to extract the impacted kissing molars by piezosurgery and high speed turbine drill

Key words: piezosurgery, minimally invasive extraction, high speed turbine drill, kissing molars
