Abstract: Radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can easily lead to oral complications such as jaw bone damage, muscle fibrosis and radioactive caries which brings challenges to denture restoration. This article reported a case of occlusive reconstruction after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma, accompanied by radioactive caries of the entire dentition and limited mouth opening. A denture restoration scheme using maxillary and mandibular short arch is used to restore oral physiology and aesthetic function.
