iRoot BP Plus直接盖髓后比格犬牙髓的反应性变化

Pulp Response of Beagle Dog to Direct Capping with iRoot BP Plus.

摘要: 目的:iRoot BP Plus直接盖髓于比格犬牙颈部,观察术后损伤部位钙化桥的形成程度和牙髓炎症反映情况,探索iRoot BP Plus作为直接盖髓材料的可行性。方法:选取2只10月龄健康比格犬,选择72颗牙齿作为研究对象,8周和12周实验周期,随机分为iRoot BP Plus组、MTA组和玻璃离子实验对照组,分别以iRoot BP Plus、MTA及玻璃离子盖髓。术后8周和12周分别拔出实验牙,获取标本,组织学切片,苏木精-伊红(HE)染色,将标本牙髓内钙化桥形成程度和牙髓内炎症反应程度进行组织学评估并分级,统计学分析采用秩和检验。结果:8周和12周后iRoot BP Plus组和MTA组大多数标本可形成完整钙化桥,牙髓无炎症,但MTA组使牙齿变色,而iRoot BP Plus组不使牙齿变色;玻璃离子组标本均无钙化桥形成,牙髓均有炎症反应及网状萎缩和成牙本质细胞空泡变性,但不使牙齿变色。结论:1)iRoot BP Plus、MTA都能诱导钙化桥形成。2)iRoot BP Plus、MTA都具有良好的炎症调节作用。3)iRoot BP Plus是一种优于MTA 的盖髓剂。

Abstract: Objective: To observe calcific bridge formation, pulp inflammation and the color change of the teeth capped with iRoot BP plus in beagle dogs. Methods: Two 10-month old beagle dogs were selected. A total of 72 teeth in the two dogs were randomly assigned into iRoot BP plus group, MTA group and control group (glass ionomer group). Eight weeks and 12 weeks after direct pulp capping with iRoot BP plus, MTA or glass ionomer, the teeth were extracted. Then histological sections were made and stained with hematoxylin eosi. Calcified bridge formation and dental pulp inflammation were graded, and the change of tooth color was evaluated. Wilcoxon rank sum test was used for statistical analysis. Results: In the iRoot BP Plus or MTA group, most of the specimens formed a complete calcification bridge without pulp inflammation. While in the glass ionomer group, no obvious calcified bridge formation was observed, but the inflammatory reaction, reticular atrophy of the pulp and vacuolar degeneration of the odontoblastic layer appeared. Tooth discoloration was observed in MTA group but not in iRoot BP Plus group. Conclusion: 1) Both iRoot BP Plus and MTA can induce the formation of calcified bridge. 2) iRoot BP Plus and MTA have a good resistance to inflammation. 3) iRoot BP Plus is a better pulp capping agent than MTA.
