牙龈卟啉单胞菌fimA分型与相关疾病的研究

Research on fimA Genotyping and Related Diseases of Porphyromonas Gingivalis.

摘要: 牙龈卟啉单胞菌与牙周组织感染、糖尿病、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)等疾病的发生发展密切相关。菌毛是牙龈卟啉单胞菌重要的毒力因子,可以协助牙龈卟啉单胞菌黏附和入侵宿主细胞。根据FimA蛋白编码基因fimA核苷酸序列的不同可将其分为Ⅰ、Ⅰb、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ等6种基因型,不同fimA基因型菌株的致病力和与疾病的相关性有一定差异。本文重点综述近年来不同fimA基因型牙龈卟啉单胞菌菌毛与相关疾病的研究进展。

Abstract: Porphyromonas gingivalis (P.gingivalis) is involved in the occurrence and development of various diseases including periodontal tissue infections, diabetes, coronary heart disease, and etc.Fimbriae is an important virulence factor of P.gingivalis and can assist it to adhere and invade host cells.P.gingivalis strains are classified into six types based on divergent nucleotide sequences of the fimA gene (types Ⅰ, Ⅰb, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, and Ⅴ).The pathogenicity of P.gingivalis strains with different fimA genotypes was different.This review focuses on the recent progress in the study of different fimA genotypes and related diseases of P.gingivalis fimbriae.
