摘要/Abstract

摘要： 他汀类药物,临床上主要用于治疗高胆固醇血症以及动脉粥样硬化等心血管疾病。近年来研究发现该药物还具有抗炎、免疫调节、抗氧化和血管生成的作用,并促进成骨细胞的形成。这些特性为他汀类药物治疗牙周炎等慢性炎症性疾病提供了巨大的潜力。本文就他汀类药物治疗牙周炎的机制及相关体内外实验进行探讨。

Abstract: Statins, which can reduce the formation of cholesterol, are mainly used to treat cardiovascular diseases such as hypercholesterolemia and atherosclerosis. In recent years, studies have found that these drugs have anti-inflammatory, immunomodulatory, antioxidant, and angiogenic effects, and promote the formation of osteoblasts. These characteristics provide great potential for statins to treat chronic inflammatory diseases such as periodontitis. In this paper, the mechanism of statin therapy for periodontitis and related in vivo and in vitro studies are discussed.
