摘要/Abstract

摘要： 牙周炎是口腔中发病率较高,并且与全身健康密切相关的自身免疫反应,然而对于牙周炎的治疗目前并无统一标准。细胞自噬是机体自身抵抗外来疾病的防御机制,近年来利用细胞自噬在宿主防御牙周炎驱动因素中的作用,为治疗牙周炎提供新思路。本文针对几种具有治疗牙周炎作用的自噬调节物的研究现状作一综述。

关键词: 牙周炎, 自噬调节

Abstract: Periodontitis is an autoimmune response with a high incidence in oral cavity and closely related to general health. However, there is no uniform standard for the treatment of periodontitis. Cell autophagy is the body's own defense mechanism against foreign diseases. In recent years, the role of autophagy in the host defense of periodontitis is used to provide a new way for the treatment of periodontitis. This article reviews the research status of several autophagy regulators with therapeutic effect on periodontitis.
