Research Progress of Nano Targeted Drug Delivery System in Treatment and Diagnosis of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma.

摘要: 口腔鳞状细胞癌(简称鳞癌)是口腔颌面部常见的恶性肿瘤,现有的治疗方法以手术治疗为主,存在一定的风险,并可影响患者生活质量;而传统放化疗在治疗肿瘤的同时会对正常组织造成损害。纳米靶向给药技术是近年来针对恶性肿瘤的一种治疗技术,在一定程度上实现肿瘤的定点定向治疗,以提高治疗效果,目前该治疗技术在全身其他部位的实体瘤研究已取得重大进展,而在口腔鳞癌研究证据尚不足。随着治疗技术的不断发展,如何提高靶向给药的高效性与安全性以及如何在靶向治疗过程中实现针对肿瘤组织的持续监测成为新的问题,这对于即时评估治疗效果有重大意义。本文就近年来国内外纳米靶向药物在口腔鳞癌的诊断与治疗中的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract: Oral squamous cell carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor in the oral and maxillofacial region.The surgical treatment is the routine treatment strategy.Nevertheless, there exist several risks and the reduced life quality after treatment.The conventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy will impair normal tissue in high concentration.Nano targeted drug delivery system is a new treatment technology with aim to treat malignant tumors accurately and improve therapeutic effect.This technology has made great progress in other parts of human body, but not enough in the area of oral squamous cell carcinoma.As treatment technology is developing rapidly, how to improve the efficiency and safety about and monitor the result of nano targeted drug delivery have become a new challenge, whichcontributes to the evaluating of instant therapeutic effect.In this paper, the progress of nano targeted drug delivery system in diagnosis and treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma in recent years were reviewed.
