铒激光治疗老年患者前磨牙牙周角型骨缺损的半年疗效观察1例

摘要： 目的:评价铒激光在牙周垂直吸收区域治疗中的临床效果。方法:牙周基础治疗1周后,采用铒激光辅助治疗牙周病。结果:治疗后临床牙周状态显著改善,垂直吸收区域的缺损牙周骨组织获得明显再生。结论:采用铒激光治疗牙周病,可以有效控制牙周炎症并促进垂直型缺损牙周骨的再生。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of erbium laser in the treatment of periodontal vertical absorption zone. Methods: One week after basic periodontal therapy, Er-YAG was used to assist the treatment. Results: After the treatment, the periodontal condition was significantly improved, and the periodontal bone defect in the vertical direction was regenerated obviously. Conclusion: Er-YAG laser treatment can effectively control periodontal inflammation and promote the regeneration of periodontal bone defect.
