口腔扁平苔藓患者唾液中氧化应激指标与NF-κB相关炎症因子相关性的研究

Study on Relationship between Oxidative Stress and NF-κB-related Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Oral Lichen Planus

摘要: 目的:通过唾液样本评估口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)患者氧化应激状态、NF-κB相关炎症因子水平及二者之间的相关性。方法:选取30例OLP患者(OLP组)和30名健康体检者(健康组),OLP组分为非糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓(non-erosive oral lichen planus,NEOLP)组和糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓(erosive oral lichen planus,EOLP)组,ELISA法检测氧化应激指标MDA、8-OHDG、TOS、TAC,NF-κB相关炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8表达水平。结果:OLP组、NEOLP组、EOLP组MDA、8-OHDG、TOS均显著高于健康组(P<0.05),TAC显著降低(P<0.05)。OLP、NEOLP、EOLP组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8显著高于健康组(P<0.05)。与NEOLP组比较,EOLP组中MDA、8-OHDG升高(P<0.05),TAC、TOS比较无差异(P>0.05);EOLP组TNF-α、IL-6升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IL-8显著升高(P<0.05)。OLP组、NEOLP组、EOLP组TOS与TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8呈正相关(P<0.05),TAC与TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:OLP患者存在氧化应激增加,NF-κB相关炎症因子水平增高,二者存在相关性。

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the oxidative stress status and NF-κB-related inflammatory factors of oral lichen planus patients by saliva samples, and to explore the correlation of them. Methods: Thirty patients with oral lichen planus(the OLP group)and 30 healthy people(the healthy controls)were selected. The OLP group was divided into non-erosive oral lichen planus (NEOLP) group and erosive oral lichen planus (EOLP) group. Indicators of oxidative stress MDA, 8-OHDG, TOS, TAC, and NF-κB related inflammatory factors IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α were determined by using ELISA. Results: MDA, 8-OHDG, and TOS of OLP group, NEOLP group, and EOLP group were significantly higher than those of healthy people (P<0.05). TAC was significantly lower (P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 in OLP group, NEOLP group, and EOLP group were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P<0.05). Compared with NEOLP group, MDA and 8-OHDG in EOLP patients increased (P<0.05), while TOC and TOS had no significant difference (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in TNF-α and IL-6 between EOLP patients and EOLP patients (P>0.05), but IL-8 increased significantly (P<0.05). TOS was positively correlated with TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 in OLP group, NEOLP group, and EOLP group (P<0.05),while TAC was negatively correlated with TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-8 (P<0.05). Conclusion: There was an increase in oxidative stress and the level of NF-κB related inflammatory factors in OLP patients, and there was a correlation between them.
