种植体表面生物活性元素的添加及其对骨免疫微环境的调控

Modulation of Osteoimmune Microenvironment by Adding Bioactive Elements to Implants Surface

摘要: 种植体植入引发的宿主免疫反应,是组织修复的第一步,骨免疫微环境对种植体的初期骨结合具有重要意义。免疫细胞具有多极性和可塑性,通过调节免疫细胞的极化和细胞因子的表达,使骨免疫微环境的调控成为可能。其中,锌(Zinc,Zn)、锶(Strontium,Sr)、硅(Silicon,Si)等生物活性元素能够促进骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow stromal cells,BMSCs)的成骨向分化,同时上调免疫细胞抗炎因子相关基因的表达。本文综述了当前在种植体表面添加生物活性元素的策略及其调控骨免疫微环境的可能潜在机制,为进一步研究新型种植体表面改性材料提供参考。

Abstract: Osteoimmune microenvironment has profound influence on initial osseointegration, which is closely related to implants surface characteristics. The high diversity and plasticity of immune cells make it possible to manipulate the immune cells response and cytokines expression, thus modulating the osteoimmune microenvironment. Modified by the bioactive elements, such as Zn, Sr, Si, the implants surface can stimulate the osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and increase the expression of anti-inflammatory cytokines in immune cells. Based on these complex interactions, this review discusses the strategies by adding bioactive elements to implants surface and highlights the possible underlying mechanisms of osteoimmunomodulation in order to guide the development of advanced implants.
