作者简介:卢锐,男,口腔医学博士。现任武汉大学口腔医学院口腔黏膜科副主任医师、硕士研究生导师。兼任中华口腔医学会中西医结合专业委员会常务委员、湖北省口腔医学会口腔黏膜病及中西医结合专业委员会副主任委员、《口腔医学研究》编委,入选武汉中青年医学骨干人才项目。主要研究方向为口腔黏膜病的规范化诊疗、口腔苔藓样病变的临床病理特征及疾病管理、口腔潜在恶性疾患的癌变机理与早期防治、口腔黏膜病的物理治疗新技术等。主持国家及省部级科研项目5项,发表SCI及核心期刊论文30余篇,参与制定中华口腔医学会团体标准3项,参编口腔黏膜病相关专著3本。

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 口腔苔藓样病变(oral lichenoid lesions,OLL)是一类在临床和病理特征上与口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)相似的疾病总称,各类OLL在流行病学、病因、发病机制、治疗、癌变风险、预后等方面均存在较大差异。正确认识与区分不同类型的OLL对于疾病的精准治疗具有重要的临床意义。本文对OLL的概念、分类以及临床病理特征进行介绍。

Abstract: Oral lichenoid lesions (OLLs) are a group of oral lesions that have clinical and histopathological features similar to oral lichen planus (OLP), or indicate an uncertain diagnosis of OLP. These disorders share similarities in clinical and histopathological manifestations, but contain obvious disparities in various aspects such as epidemiology, pathogenesis, response to therapies, risk of malignant transformation and prognosis. Understanding and distinguishing these clinical entities, therefore, is pivotal for the precise management. In this review, the conception, classification and clinicopathologic features of various OLLs are introduced.
