CGF在比格犬成熟恒牙根尖周炎愈合中的潜在作用研究

Potential Role of Concentrated Growth Factor on Healing of Mature Permanent Teeth Periapical Inflammation of Beagle Dogs

摘要: 目的:探讨浓缩生长因子(CGF)结合牙髓血运重建术在比格犬成熟恒牙根尖周炎愈合中的潜在作用。方法:选择6条18月龄比格犬作为研究对象,共获得36颗下颌门齿,分为4组:阳性对照组不干预,阴性对照组建立根尖周炎模型后不治疗,血运重建组建立根尖周炎模型后行牙髓血运重建术,血运重建加置CGF膜组建立根尖周炎模型后置CGF膜行牙髓血运重建术。术后拍摄X线片,HE染色观察各组牙组织学变化。结果:比格犬根尖周炎模型建立成功。血运重建组和血运重建加置CGF膜组根尖周病变缩小,根尖部可见矿化组织,矿化组织内可见骨陷窝,但后者矿化组织更致密。结论:CGF结合牙髓血运重建术有促进犬成熟恒牙根尖周炎愈合的潜在作用。

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the potential effect of concentrated growth factor (CGF) combined with revascularization on the healing of mature permanent teeth periapical inflammation of Beagle dogs. Methods: Thirty-six mandibular incisors from six 18-month-old Beagle dogs were selected and divided into four groups. The teeth in positive control group were not intervened. The teeth in negative group were established periapical periodontitis models and not treated. The teeth in revascularization group were established periapical periodontitis models and treated with revascularization. The teeth in revascularization combined with CGF group were established periapical periodontitis models and treated with CGF combined with revascularization. X-ray apical radiographs were taken after surgery, and the histological changes of the experimental teeth in various groups were observed by HE staining. Results: The periapical periodontitis model of Beagle dogs was established successfully. In revascularization group and revascularization combined with CGF group, periapical shadows were reduced. Mineralized tissue could be seen in the apical, and bone lacuna could be seen in the mineralized tissue, but the mineralized tissue in the group of revascularization combined with CGF was more dense. Conclusion: CGF combined with revascularization has potential effect to promote the periapical periodontitis healing of mature permanent teeth of Beagle dogs.
