引导性组织再生术治疗上颌侧切牙畸形舌侧沟伴重度骨吸收1例

GTR Treatment of Maxillary Lateral Incisor with PGG and Severe Bone Resorption: A Case Report

摘要： 畸形舌侧沟是一种牙根表面的发育性异常,该区域难以自洁,因此其周围易伴发局限性牙周组织破坏。本病例报告旨在描述1例上颌侧切牙畸形舌侧沟导致局限性重度牙槽骨吸收,通过采用引导组织再生术结合植骨术进行手术治疗。术后1年的随访发现患牙临床附着丧失显著改善,骨再生效果理想。

Abstract: Palatal radicular groove is a developmental anomaly on the root surface, which is difficult to keep clean and thus prone to localized periodontal tissue destruction. This case report describes the treatment of a maxillary lateral incisor with severe localized alveolar bone resorption caused by a palatal radicular groove. The condition was managed surgically using guided tissue regeneration (GTR) combined with bone grafting. At the one-year follow-up, significant improvement in clinical attachment loss and satisfactory bone regeneration were observed.
