摘要: 在正常组织中维甲酸参与调控多种组织干细胞的分化,在人体发育过程中具有重要的作用。并且研究已经证实对于多种肿瘤,维甲酸同样具有抑制肿瘤生长和诱导肿瘤干细胞分化的作用。本文通过结合现有文献,拟阐述维甲酸抗肿瘤活性及其发挥作用的机制,以期为将来的研究提供理论基础。

Abstract: In normal tissues, retinoic acid is involved in the regulation of differentiation of various tissue stem cells and plays an important role in human development. Moreover, it has been proved that retinoic acid can inhibit tumor growth and induce differentiation of tumor stem cells. The purpose of this review is to present the literature on the antitumor activity of retinoic acid and its mechanisms, which provides the basis for future research.
