摘要: 碳量子点(carbon quantum dots, CQDs)是一种新型生物荧光碳纳米材料,易合成、易被修饰,具有良好的生物相容性、化学稳定性和丰富的光电特性等优良性能。同时,其在抗菌和促成骨方面也显示出极大的优势。本文主要对CQDs的常见性能特点进行综述,总结了其抗菌疗效、抗菌机制和促成骨分化潜能,并探讨了其在口腔感染性颌面骨缺损治疗领域的应用前景。

关键词: 碳量子点, 抗菌, 骨再生, 口腔抑菌剂, 纳米复合材料

Abstract: Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) is a novel biofluorescent carbon nanomaterial which could be easily synthesized and modified. It has excellent properties such as good biocompatibility, chemical stability, and photoelectric properties. Moreover, CQDs shows great potential in the field of antibacterial and bone regeneration. In this study, we reviewed the common characteristics of CQDs, especially its antibacterial effects, antibacterial mechanism, and properties of promoting bone differentiation. Meanwhile, we investigate its potential role as a treatment agent for oral infectious maxillofacial bone defects.
