Primary Failure of Eruption with Anterior Teeth Affected: A Case Report

Abstract: This paper reports a case of primary failure of eruption with anterior teeth affected. A 15-year-old girl presented with difficulty chewing with a family history. Clinical examination revealed a left open bite with submerged upper left teeth. Panoramic radiograph revealed the upper left lateral incisor, canine, premolars, and molars were affected in the absence of mechanical obstruction. The diagnosis was primary failure of eruption (PFE).
