Early Removal of Internal Fixation to Solve Moderate Condylar Displacement after Orthognathic Surgery: A Case Report

Abstract: Postoperative displacement of condyle could be observed in orthognathic surgery. Here we reported a case that the Surgery-First Approach patient who had postoperative moderate displacement of condyle was successfully corrected by the early removal of internal fixation and traction with intermaxillary elastics.
