Abstract: Impacted teeth accompanying cementoblastoma is rare in the clinic. This case report demonstrated a left impacted mandibular third tooth with a cementoblastoma located at its root tip. The tooth and the cementoblastoma were removed minimally invasively, by means of multiple segmentation of the tooth and space augmentation of the lesion with piezosurgery. Post-operative follow-up showed recovery well.
