Complete Surgical Excision of Plunge Ranula: A Case Report

Abstract: Plunge ranula, an extravasation cyst, is commonly seen in clinical practice. However, due to its lack of epithelial lining, surgery can only partially remove the cyst wall. This article reports a rare case of retention type of plunge ranula, where the gland and cyst were completely removed through surgery.
