Abstract: This case report describes the root canal retreatment process of two maxillary central incisors in a 12-year-old patient. The patient had undergone root canal treatment, metal post placement, and resin splinted crown restoration at another hospital after dental trauma. Due to recurrent apical inflammation, the patient presented to our hospital for root canal retreatment. Currently, the affected teeth have recovered well, providing clinical reference for root canal retreatment of young traumatized permanent teeth.
