Abstract: This case report systematically presents the treatment process of an adolescent patient with skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion using clear aligner therapy. Based on the patient's chief complaint, clinical examination, and radiographic data, the case employed clear aligners without brackets, utilizing a treatment plan that involved the extraction of four premolars combined with class Ⅱ traction. After the treatment, the patient's facial aesthetics, dental alignment, and occlusal relationship were significant improved, effectively leveraging the patient's growth potential and avoiding the need for orthognathic surgery in adulthood due to severe skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion.
