Case Report: Epidermoid Cyst in Maxilla.

Abstract: Epidermoid cyst is a cyst formed by the development of epithelial cells during embryonic development. It can also be formed of epithelial cells implanted by trauma, surgery, and so on. Eyelids, forehead, nose, lateral orbital, and ear are the frequently occurring parts. It grows slowly and generally without symptoms. The main treatment is the surgical removal. The cyst occurred in intraosseous epidermoid is rare. In this case, we report an epidermoid cyst in the maxilla and the literature is reviewed.
