CBCT Scanning and Three-dimensional Reconstruction for the Treatment of Five Root Canals in Right Maxillary Second Molar: A Case Report

Abstract: There is great variation in maxillary second molars. Missing root canals or root canal perforation are quite common. A case of 5 root canals of maxillary second molar with furcal perforation and calcified and curved root canals was reported. Finally, appropriate treatment effect was achieved with the help of CBCT and three-dimensional reconstruction beforehand.
