Variation of Root Canals in Maxillary Second Molar: A Case Report

Abstract: Root canal system is really complicated since it has a lot of variation, especially in the maxillary second molar. The root canals can have different number and configuration. The present article reports a rare case about successful treatment of a maxillary second molar with five canals.
