Abstract: After reconstruction of mandibular defects with vascularized free bone graft, the prosthetic restoration is challenging due to the less height of the reconstructed mandible, absence of attached gingiva, vestibular groove, and mandibular-lingual groove. This paper reports a case of an adjusted complete denture rehabilitation of the edentulous jaw with fibula reconstruction of segmental mandibulectomy due to medcation-related osteonecrosis, with better results of mastication, esthetics, and function.
