Bisphosphonate Leads to Osteonecrosis of Jaw: A Review of Mechanism

Abstract: Bisphosphonate is a group of drugs commonly used for the treatment of osteoporosis and tumors. The complication of bisphosphonate is osteonecrosis of the jaw. The clinical manifestation and incidence of bisphosphonate are fully reported at present. However, the pathogenesis and mechanism are still remaining insufficient.
