Abstract: Anterior dislocation of mandibular condyle is common, however, the intracranial dislocation is very rare. So far, domestic literatures have rarely reported the cases of intracranial dislocation of condyle. Only dozens of such patients could be searched through Pubmed. Although this disease is rare, the treatment is challenging. By reviewing the literature, this paper made a brief summary of the pathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis, and treatment of intracranial dislocation of mandibular condyle, aiming to provide a reference for clinical practice.
