This article reports a rare case with a palatal ulcer as the first symptom, an initial diagnosis of necrotizing granuloma, and a final diagnosis of ENKTL. The clinical and pathological features of this tumor were discussed and the causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed in order to provide a reference for the diagnosis and differentiation of ENKTL occurring in the palate.
