Abstract: Fibroblast growth factors (FGFs) and their receptors (FGFRs) play an important role in the development of tissue and organ. This article mainly introduces the expression of FGFs and FGFRs in the epithelial and mesenchymal cells respectively and the role of FGFs/FGFRs signaling in the process of epithelial and mesenchymal interaction during tooth development.
