结冷胶复合材料在骨缺损再生领域的研究进展

摘要: 结冷胶是一种天然多糖,具有良好的生物相容性、生物降解性且与细胞外基质相似等特点,在生物材料领域受到越来越多的关注。近年来,为了满足结冷胶在骨组织工程方面的应用,合成了在抗菌性、可塑性和成骨性等方面均得到较大提升的结冷胶复合材料。本文将对结冷胶的特性及结冷胶复合材料在骨缺损再生修复方面的应用进行综述。

Abstract: Gellan gum is a natural polysaccharide, which is characterized by biocompatibility, biodegradability, and similar to extracellular matrix. It has attracted more and more attention in the field of biomaterials. In recent years, in order to meet the application of gellan gum in bone tissue engineering, the gellan gum composite has been greatly improved in antibacterial, plasticity, and osteogenesis. In this paper, the characteristics of gellan gum and its composite applications in the regeneration and repair of bone defects are reviewed.
