口腔粘接与粘固的区别和联系

作者简介:黄翠教授、主任医师、博士研究生导师,湖北省医学领军人才,武汉大学珞珈特聘教授,口腔医学院修复科主任。现任中华口腔医学会口腔修复学专业委员会副主任委员、口腔美学专业委员会副主任委员。主要研究方向为口腔高分子树脂修复材料、牙色修复材料和牙本质粘接材料等。主编人民卫生音像出版社教材《铸造金属全冠的设计与制作》,参编全国高等学校本科生规划教材《口腔修复学》、研究生规划教材《口腔固定修复学》《根管治疗图谱》。已主持国家自然科学基金面上项目7项,省部级基金项目多项,在国内外期刊上发表论文100余篇,主持获得2015年湖北省科技进步一等奖。

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 口腔粘接、粘固材料有着不同的分类、特点与界面处理方式,应用于不同的临床情况。本文将从原理和临床实践出发,就口腔临床工作中粘接与粘固的区别及联系展开讨论,为临床医生了解、熟悉相关知识提供参考,从而选择合适的粘接、粘固材料,提高粘接修复的效果。

关键词: 粘接, 粘接剂, 粘固, 粘固剂, 水门汀

Abstract: There are differences between dental bonding agents and luting cements, including their properties, classifications, interface treating methods, and operating techniques. In order to help dental practitioners achieve a better understanding of dental bonding and luting, select relevant products properly, and facilitate adhesive restoration outcomes, this article will discuss the distinction and relationship between bonding and luting in dental practice
