年轻恒牙牙髓再生治疗的研究进展

摘要: 牙髓再生治疗是指通过完善有效的根管消毒,利用生物学和组织工程技术,尽量保护牙髓干细胞、牙乳头间充质干细胞和牙周韧带干细胞,并在根管内提供良好的干细胞增殖和分化的微环境,以促进牙根继续发育的治疗方法。本文对年轻恒牙牙髓再生治疗的发展历程、生物学基础,以及牙髓再生治疗中目前常用的技术——牙髓血运重建技术的适应证、步骤、疗效评价及并发症进行综述,为牙髓再生治疗提供临床指导。

Abstract: Endodontic regeneration treatment refers the best use of biological and tissue engineering techniques that protect dental pulp cells, dental papilla mesenchymal stem cells, and periodontal ligament stem cells by perfecting and effective root canal disinfection. Blood clots provides a good microenvironment for stem cell proliferation and differentiation and promotes the continued root development. This article introduces the historical research, biological basis, indications, procedures, efficacy evaluation, and complications of pulp revascularization of immature permanent teeth and provides guidance for clinical operations.
