摘要： 角化黏膜宽度不足常见于长期缺牙的下颌后牙区种植位点,本病例通过改良的游离龈移植术式重建了充足的种植体周角化黏膜宽度,维持了种植体周软硬组织的长期健康。

Abstract: The deficiency of keratinized mucosa is a common situation in the edentulous posterior mandibular area. This case report has rebuilt the sufficient width of keratinized mucosa in the peri-implant area with a modified free gingival graft surgery and kept the long-term health of the peri-implant tissue.
