剩余骨高度<4 mm上颌窦经牙槽嵴提升不植骨的可行性研究

摘要: 上颌后牙区由于拔牙后骨吸收导致牙槽嵴高度降低常需要上颌窦提升,传统观念认为骨高度4 mm以下的后牙区无法使用经牙槽嵴上颌窦提升。由于不使用骨材料上颌窦提升的成功以及经牙槽嵴上颌窦提升的优势,近年不断有学者挑战低剩余骨高度的不植骨经牙槽嵴提升并取得良好效果。本文旨在对剩余骨高度<4 mm不植骨进行上颌窦经牙槽嵴提升的现状进行系统综述。

Abstract: Maxillary sinus lift is commonly used to obtain sufficient bone height in the severely absorbed posterior area of maxilla. The traditional viewpoint is that osteotome sinus floor elevation (OSFE) cannot achieve promising outcome when residual bone height is less than 4 mm. To date, many studies using osteotome technique without grafting material in severely atrophic posterior maxilla have got promising outcomes. The aim of this review is to evaluate the possibility and the practicability of using osteotome-mediated sinus floor elevation without grafting materials when the residual bone height<4 mm
