Application of Orthodontic Treatment in the Combined Treatment of Periodontal Disease.

摘要: 牙周病是第二大口腔疾病,由于牙周组织的破坏引起牙齿松动、移位,甚至脱落,且常伴有继发性咬合创伤,这使得牙周病的正畸治疗引起很多学者和临床医生的关注。但正畸治疗牙周病难度大、风险高,需要正畸医师充分掌握牙周病正畸的特点,现就牙周病正畸治疗前的准备、矫治器的选择、正畸治疗中的特点、正畸治疗后的考虑及其分子生物学机制展开综述,以期为临床正畸医师治疗牙周病提供有效的依据。

Abstract: Periodontal disease is the second largest oral clinical disease. The destruction of periodontal tissue causes tooth loosening, displacement, and even loss, and is often accompanied by secondary occlusal trauma, which makes orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease attract the attention of many scholars and clinicians. However, orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease is difficult and risky, which requires orthodontists to fully grasp the characteristics of them. This article reviews the preparation before orthodontic treatment, the choice of appliance, the characteristics of orthodontic treatment, the consideration after orthodontic treatment, and its molecular mechanism, in order to provide an effective basis for orthodontic clinicians to treat periodontal disease.
