硅酸二钙-半水硫酸钙复合物抑菌性能体外研究

Evaluation of Antimicrobial Properties of β-Ca2SiO3/CSH Composite Materials in Vitro.

摘要: 目的:观察硅酸二钙-半水硫酸钙不同掺伴比率复合物的体外抑菌效果。方法:选取4组不同配比复合物,A组C1.4Si、B组C1.4Si-CSH10、C组C2.0Si、D组C2.0Si-CSH10,以变形链球菌为实验对象,采用琼脂平板扩散法测定复合物抑菌环大小,采用震荡烧瓶法测定不同时间段复合物对变形链球菌的抑菌率,评价复合物的体外抑菌性能。结果:C与D组抑菌环大于A组与B组, C与A组,D与A组抑菌环大小有统计学差异(P<0.05),C与D组抑菌率24 h达到99%。结论:硅酸二钙-半水硫酸钙复合物对口腔致龋菌之一变形链球菌具有良好的抑菌性。

Abstract: Objective: To observe the antimicrobial properties of β-Ca2SiO3/CSH composite materials. Methods: Four cements were tested ,A(C1.4Si),B(C1.4Si/CSH10),C(C2.0Si) and D(C2.0Si/CSH10).Direct antimicrobial activity of the cements was tested by the agar diffusion for the streptococci mutans.The diameter of the bacterial inhibition zone was tested respectively.Antibacterial ratio of the cements was computed in different time period. Results: The average diameter of the bacterial inhibition zone of C or D was bigger than that of A or B. There were significant differences of the average diameter between C and A or D and A(P<0.05), the antibacterial ratio of C and D was up to 99% in 24h. Conclusion: The antimicrobial properties of β-Ca2SiO3/CSH complex were good.
