代谢组学在口腔鳞状细胞癌早期诊断及精准诊疗中的研究进展

Application of Metabolomics in the Early Diagnosis and Precise Treatment of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

摘要: 口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma, OSCC)是头颈部最为常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前,其5年生存率仅约60%,缺乏高效、特异及快速的诊断方法是影响其预后的重要原因之一,特别是至今尚无相关肿瘤标志物或差异物。研究显示,与其他恶性肿瘤相似,OSCC发生了明显的代谢重编程,而采用代谢组学方法筛选变化的代谢酶及代谢物则可能有助于OSCC的早期筛查和精准诊疗。本文回顾了近年来OSCC相关代谢组学的研究进展,希望为改进OSCC早期诊断、精准治疗,提高患者生存率呈现新思路或新方法。

Abstract: Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the head and neck. Currently the 5-year survival rate of the patients is only about 60%. Difficulties for early diagnosis and precise treatment are important factors for its poor prognosis. One of the reasons is the lack of relevant tumor biomarkers for early screening and precise diagnosis. Researches have shown that, similar to other malignant tumors, OSCC also undergone significant metabolic reprogramming. Therefore, for altered obtaining changed metabolic enzymes and metabolites by metabolomics may be helpful for early screening and precise diagnosis of OSCC. This review shows the findings of metabolomics related to OSCC in recent years and hope to present new ideas or methods for improving the early diagnosis and precise therapy of OSCC patients,and advancing their survival rate.
